do you have a recipe for bee pollen soap?? what are the benefits of bee pollen soap? I have honey bees and am trying to utilize everything I can for soapmaking. I think I'll start another thread for that one. lol
I use tallow as well as lard. The lard is just easier. I don't have to render it, and wait for it. I usual render 10 lbs at a time. That lasts me a while. I use whatever I have on hand. I'm not completely sold on the lard part. I'm trying to learn to love it, but just not feeling it yet. I like...
So you're saying it had more olive oil than sunflower oil, so if my recipe calls for 10 oz of olive oil, I can use 10 oz of this and it will work the same??
I'm sure you have all seen the new oils in the grocery stores where it a mixture of canola and olive or olive and safflower, etc. these cannot possibly be used can they? You have no idea what amount of each oil is in them. So how could you configure a recipe with it? Am I right or wrong?? Just...

Can powdered butter milk or powdered goats milk be added to ANY recipe for benefits to the skin? I've seen it added to CP after soap has reached trace, but never seen it added to HP at all. I want to make HP beer soap and add some powdered buttermilk to it just for fun. Will it hurt anything...
