    Just heard Nature's Garden has been bought out by WSP

    I specifically chose companies not under the WSP umbrella becasuse of their price gouging and NG was a go to for me. Im so disappointed but it gives me an excuse to try out some other smaller fo companies ive been wanting to. I will be transitioning away from NG.

    I used the IRFA safe percentage of a particular FO. My husband used the soap on his face and it burned the hell out of him!.

    Hello fellow soapmakers! I was wondering, does anyone know where i can find Aztecs IFRA rates? They have certain fo's listed as skin safe. Among those oils, some show the usage rates but most do not.

    I came across a soap vendor some time ago that sold her soaps 4 to a box. Her soaps are round and are decorated with floweres, herbs and fruit. For example, one of her soaps was covered in tea rose buds, another was covered in lavender and another had a piece of dried orange on top of the soap...

    Id like to try full water and soaping a bit cooler but I am nervous about the batch separating..how cool can I soap before that becomes a concern? It is SF at 7%. Admittedly it is a bit drying for me but is my hubbys favorite ...he is naturally really oily...

    Looking for a good Strawberry

    Hey guys, I love the smell of strawberry and looking to try a strawberry fo in cp soap. I recently ordered Strawberry Jam from BCN and while I think it DOES smell just like strawberry jam, I'm really not digging the "jam" part of it. Can someone recommend a good strawberry?

    adding salt to soap...

    Im thinking the salt would just melt in mixed into the soap batter, however you could try sprinkling the salt on top of the soap for better results.
