Decals
Funny you should post about decals right now. I just put a cake of soap and a home made decal on the bench to do tomorrow, i just need to find the bin of paraffin wax granules in the shed. ( i never did get around to using it for candles) lol
IMHO The water discount may be a little high and so leaving too much oil in solution in the soap , thus causing the sweating. Maybe try to up the water a little and see if it changes anything? The only real way to discover the problem is to keep making soap exactly the same way and change one...
Sweet orange eo is notorious for allergic reaction to susceptible skin.
Your lye amount looks fine, i would let the soap sit for a few more months before using it. 2 weeks is too soon.
Citrus fo is acid and most likely distilled in alcohol ,both will accelerate trace, try cooling your batch a bit more before mixing and adding fo drop by drop at the very end to a cooler batch.

The first thing i think is to learn the properties of oils available to you as some more easily available oils have a short shelf life or don't add much to soap.
Then just decide which oils are easiest for you and plug them into a soap calculator to get correct proportions of lye and water...
