In trying to get my Halloween bath bombs ready I encountered a problem. It was the first time using plastic molds, and unmolding was an absolute disaster.
Then I came here and got the idea of dusting the molds with cornstarch or tapioca starch. I tried it, and it molded and unmolded like a...
Hey! I know this is from years ago but I have a question- what did you do to get the cornstarch off your bath bomb once it was unmolded? I love the idea of cornstarch helping them come out of the mold but then my bath bomb is covered in powder...
That makes sense. So would it be better to take away some things or increase the amount of baking soda and/or citric acid? I really like what all those things do to the water but maybe I could do them in smaller amounts?
This is the recipe I use for one bath bomb. At this point I make them one at a time to experiment with different colors and fragrances, but the recipe works in multiples for batches too.

1g polysorbate 80
3g oil...
Hello! I’ve been making bath bombs for a while now but I’ve had the same issue with every one I’ve made- as soon as I put it in the water I get an initial poofy cloud of foam and color that floats on the surface unless I break it up. Is there a way to get rid of this? To make it so the bath bomb...

Oh my gosh I swear I’m not crazy! I didn’t really think about the title until you said something and it does sound ridiculous or like a joke, but here’s the explanation- I’m trying to make character themed bath bombs and one of them requires red.
I definitely could try to contact them! Thanks...
