You certainly can. I often do double and triple swirls in a slab. Many times those swirls may be one of a fd&c, or an oxide or two. I have even used mica to swirl when using an fd&c as a base color. Just be sure you aren't using too much colorant to stain a washcloth. Ask me how I know that.

Co signing on this. I made my first batch about a month and half ago and with a pretty concentrated lye solution (33%) the bars were rock hard in less than 24 hours. I was quite amazed that OO alone could make a bar that hard.

Sigh oregon trails. I wanted so much to like this company but unfortunatley doubt I ever will order from them again. Maybe I just picked the wrong scents in my sampler but didn't like any but two scents and that was the jasmine and chai tea.
