Can someone help me? Can you see the faint white spots on my goat milk soaps see pic. Do you know what is causing this?

Nope, can't see the spots really. You need to let us know your recipe and also exactly how you made the soap. Without that info, we'll all just be guessing at the problem and possible solutions.
