Here's a useful resource on Robert Tisserand's website -- https://tisserandinstitute.org/essential-oil-dilution-chart/
Be sure to download or print the handy Dilution Chart. This chart converts the % dilution into the number of drops of EO needed in a given volume of base product, such as a carrier oil, lotion, shampoo, etc. For example, a 2% dosage of EO would be 9 drops of EO in 15 mL (1/2 ounce) of base product.
Also check out Tisserand's safety guidelines article -- https://tisserandinstitute.org/safety/safety-guidelines/
And also an excellent article about irritation and allergic reactions to EOs -- https://tisserandinstitute.org/safety/irritation-allergic-reactions/
And there's even more good stuff about using EOs safely -- https://tisserandinstitute.org/safety/
