Is this DOS?

Is this DOS? Or there is a possibility this leached onto the soap from some colored tissue paper that I packed it in while traveling. The soap is 3 weeks old. Thank you for your opinions.

Looks more like a tissue paper stain to me. Was the paper red, yellow, orange, brown, or the like?

EDIT: I am assuming that the brown flecks are something botanical in your recipe, and that you are only talking about the orange blotch at the top. Is that correct?

Hello, yes, the paper was multi colored. I only use white now yes that is oatmeal, with some curls embeds.
