5 Fold Orange Question

So onto a new batch of soap tomorrow after my recent failure. Going for a nice Orange smelling soap.

I have 5 fold orange essential oil. Will this be ok by itself in cold process soap or will it need to be paired with something to make the smell stick

I like it with patchouli if you have (and like) that. Otherwise, orange goes well with just about anything - lavender, litsea, cedar, eucalyptus. I know people say using another EO/FO helps the citrus essential oils stick, but to me what sticks is the anchor scent. I tend to use my soaps with orange EO fairly quickly (within 4-6 months) to best enjoy the orange scent.
