Coconut oil is extremely cleansing. Personal opinion, I wouldn't use it in a facial bar. Do you have any other oils on hand? I find lard to be extremely mild and might use it in a facial bar.

Too much coconut for facial skin, even with the high SF. Facial skin needs gentle cleansing, too harsh will actually make acne worse.
Try a gentler recipe with 10-15% coconut and add activated charcoal to help with the acne

I would do 45% Palm, 15% Coconut, 35% Olive and 5 % Castor. 5-6% SF. Add activated charcoal.
