Woo hoo!!! Very cool!

Are you running a soap factory? How do you manage to pour out 230kg of soap? A leverage system? Pour Onto the ground as a mold? I have seen YouTube video that they carry HOT BOILED soap bucket running upstairs to pour onto the floor. It looks very dangerous to me. Even if it's cooked for days. It is still hot!

Do factory hot process olive soap have a superfat? Or like the ancient Andalusian recipe use a -40% superfat? Do you use KOH, too? How long do you cure the soap? If you don't mind to share the info, please enlighten us. ;)

I would like to apologize if I sound rude or digging for trade secrets. I just get too carried away and so curious about the ancient way of soap making. And also the difference between homemade soap and factory made soap.

I'm reading a book talks about industrial soap making. It says soaps has a few phases/stages. Can't remember it all now. It's a Greek alphabet system. Like delta phase. It describes some detail about chemical things. Sometimes It's hard for me. English is my second language and I suck at all things science, chemical. :p
Maybe the cooking is to change the crystal structure of soap. Make it firmer, harder, and longer lasting. As far as I know.
