hi, I have been looking for information about handmade soap for dogs but always end in doubt, what really harms dogs the PH of the soap or the EOs to be used?

Some people would say both but I've used handmade soaps on my dogs with no issues. I would never use scent though, dogs are just too sensitive to EO's.
In the recipe/tips section there was a very interesting discussion on this - what were your thoughts on the points there?
