So I used an injector tool today to make some small detail and now there is dried soap stuck in there and in the thin curved tip. How in the world will I clean this out?

Have you tried running warm water or letting it soak? If you have some heavy fishing line or thin weed eater line, you might be able to poke it through..

I inject warm water through them right after I finish using. As the above poster mentioned, let them soak in really warm water. You may have to change the water a few times to soften the soap enough to inject water through and clear the nozzle out.
