I have a good friend that would like me to make apple cinnamon soap. Is there any company out there that sells that fragrance oils?

There are lots of apple cinnamon scents available. I love Sweetcake's Mulled Cider, but it siezes BADLY so I hot process it. It has more "apple" than many apple cinnamon scents do. I am also a huge fan of Applejack & Peel.
I love Apple Jack Peel from Peak Candle. I too live in Michigan and they ship fairly quickly. However if you want it really fast I would find something at Nature's Garden as they are really fast. I can order on Monday and have it Tuesday in most cases. They have body safe apple cinnamon but I've not tried it.

Peak's Cranberry Apple MArmalade is really good too- cinnamon and fruit. It does accelerate and if you use too much you can have ricing/separation but that is not unusual for spice scents.
