Deep fried ice cream. Very sweet food scent if you like those kinds. Will discolor to dark brown.

Order the Xtreme FO as the staying power is much better. Although the price is higher, you are not paying for as much water or dilution ingredient. And you are not paying the shipping on that water either. I love their Bellini and their Rice Flower and Shea

i ordered the ultra last time and am quite satisfied with it. do you think i should go with the extreme? the price difference is quite a lot, hmmm...

If you are satisfied with the Ultra, that's what to order. As I remember the RF&S behaved OK. You can always add it to the oils and blend well before adding the lye solution.
The Ultra is diluted with isopropyl myristate so you are just paying more for shipping than if you got the Extreme and used less of it
