I'm wanting to make Pine Tar soap, But I can't find anything on the searches. So my questions, Would be How much to use ppo? And when is the should it be added?

I just made pine tar soap last night for the first time.. I read no more than 20 % and full water when working with pine tar.. .. I used 14 % where I dribbled pine tar I wiped it up with lard
