idea for soap drying trays, commercial plastic bread trays

I found these plastic bread trays in an old barn to be torn down, where a guy stored "everything" he collected in his entire life! Ohhh the goodies!

Wouldn't they be perfect for drying CP soap?
They stack nicely. Measurements - 26 x 22 x 4.
I have 6 total.
Couple have some notches and small cracks on the edges but I don't think the function of the trays would be compromised.

I have a strap tied around them in the photo that made it easy to carry home. The entire stack weighs about 20 pounds.

So here is a compact idea when space for curing soap is an issue.

That had to be fun. If I ever went to an auction where they set a price for an un-opened trunk or whatnot, curiosity would force me to get it. :lol: That is a great idea for the trays, hope some one gets them.

thanks for sharing your idea; i think i'm going to buy some at the lokal wholesaler (you know, the ones for restaurants, don't know how they're called)
would really save a lot of space!
