I've been buying leave ins from the beauty supply store for years. I tried a few times to make my own, using everything from green tea, silk powder, pearl powder, micas (for shimmer), watered down conditioner, glycerin, mixed with spring water, etc...

Everything I've tried has clogged up the pump after a few uses and brought my fantasies of making my own hair spritzes to a halt. I've boiled the water and the silk and pearl powders never seem to desolve. Even the green tea developed quite a bit of sediment after sitting for a day or two.

Can anyone share some suggestions on how to make some great leave in spray conditioners?

Many thanks!

Look in the formula section of the herbarie. They have a couple of formulas that you can tweak to be what you like. I did buy their raspberry dimethicone WS, which I like.
