hi, everyone,
can I ask, if natural dyes such as turmeric, coffee and charcoal can be used, why cant edible food dyes be used in minute quantities that I use? in M@P.
ps. why cant I get smiles on my messages from rt. hand screen?

Even MP soap is a very alkaline environment, and quite a number of food colorings aren't stable in alkaline environments, so they morph or just vanish altogether. You can experiment, and see what food colorings will work for you.

As for the smilies, I don't know. You should be able to just click on the one you want, or if that doesn't work you can type it in manually. Click on the [More] link over there to bring up a full list, that also shows the keystrokes needed to make it. When you do click on one, it'll show up as the text keystrokes needed when you're actually writing your post. You won't see the smiley until you post it. HTH
