Where to get light mineral oil by the liter/gallon in Canada?

I need to get fairly large (1 liter to one gallon) quantities of light mineral oil, the cosmetic grade oil that isn't viscous like heavy mineral oil.

Where could I get this ideally within Canada? I don't mind ordering online.

If a mineral oil does not specify if it's light or heavy, is it likely to be one more than the other?

I found it in gallons sold as horse laxative but the company told me it's the heavy type. I see other sources with it that don't specify if it's light or heavy which is why I asked the above question.
