I have had great luck with local Beekeepers providing bee's wax. It's not in pellet form, but at $4.00 lb I was happy to sacrifice a .99 cent cheese grater to the cause.
This supplier offers free shipping on orders over $30 in the continental US:

And they do have bees wax; in white granules.

Like Systa said, you may be able to find it cheaper from a local beekeeper.
Or may be able to save money on shipping for shopping local. Have you checked Suppliersbystate.com ?
Or if you don't mind, where do you live? Maybe someone here knows a place local to you.
I know a lot of people love Wholesale Supplies Plus (WSP), but because of their shady business practices, it's just not a business I personally would suggest. As for their "free shipping", the shipping's already been added into the product.
