I started a soap team on sparkpeople if anyone is on there. What is spark people? It is a wonderful free website if you want to lose weight. There are probally hundreds of teams for everything. There is a soap team but it is for candelers and seems very inactive. So I thought it would start one of my own there. So check it out if you want to lose weight, get fit or just be healthy. It is a little overwhelming at first lots of good things on there. It's kinda like fb where you can add friends, write a blog, food journals, fitness journals and of course the teams.
