I've never ordered anything from NDA, but their bases are Stephenson bases, which many soapmakers like. You can also find Stephenson bases at NuScents, which is closer to you, which might save on shipping.
As Genny points out, our bases are Stephensons.
They are extremely popular and some of our largest customers are soapers.
You can click on the MSDS to see the ingredients and you can also get a 2lb brick to see if you like them before moving on to 25lbs block.
