Hi Everyone!

I'd like to make some tooth soap with OO and a flavor oil (like mint). I heard about making tooth soap via the hp method. I've never done hp, only cp. I am wondering - once it is done in the oven, can I smoosh it into tins right away?

Thank you!

Yes you can, and you'll need to as it will get hard quickly.

It's going to be really hot and your tins will get really hot so be safe in doing so.

Thank you! I just ordered some tins and now I'm off to find tutorials on the hp method.)

Just a thought. But it might be cool to actually put your soap in a mold and then transfer to tins for packaging.

I have a mini muffin silicone mold that I can make lip balm in. Then when I transfer to tins they are nice and neat looking. It might be alot easier than trying to glop it in the tins.

I have been thinking about tooth soap too. Is OO the best oil to use? Do you sf?
