Your question was actually the very first thing I inquired about when I made my first foray into lotion-making. To my disappointment, though, the answer given to me was 'no'.
But, there is a most excellent and amazing resource on the net that will be of great help to you (or anyone else, for that matter) in formulating your own lotion- Susan Barclay's site (aka 'swiftcraftymonkey). Here is her introduction to beginning lotion-making, but do have a look around at the rest of her blog. It's nothing short of amazing.
