After the BB is made, and it sets out in the open air to cure. Can this curing be done inside an air tight container? Or should it sit out for a couple days before closing up? How much fragrance is lost due to sitting in the open air for curing?

What kind of BB product are you asking about?

For things with a heat and hold phase, I let containers cool completely before putting a top on so that there isn't condensation (water) added into the product... think lotions and such. That only takes a few hours though... I wouldn't leave them open for days for fear of dust or other contaminants.

Oh, doh on me :)

I wait for my bath bombs to fully dry out before sealing them up after a few days. I haven't ever had a problem with scents disappearing on me.
