Has anyone ever used them? They carry a few things I'm having a tough time finding anywhere else in smaller bottles. Just curious if anybody had dealt with them and what the experience was.

I have. I was pleased with my purchase. I ordered a few fragrance oils from her & they were excellent. I did not get a shipping confirmation, but it only took a couple of days for me to get my pkg in the regular mail (she's local to me so I chose USPS). I think I only ordered 5 oils @ 1 oz each to try them out & she sent all 5 of those plus a few 1/2 oz samples.
Overall, I am a happy customer & will continue to give her my business.
