Still trying to tweak my recipe...

Hubby likes creamy soft foamy bubbles.....I like big floopy bubbles.

Which oil helps to create big bubbles ?

I have been adding sugar.....maybe I will up the coconut from 20% to 25%

Thanks alot

I might be dreaming here , but I think canola ( small amounts) or ricebran helps with big bubbles , has anyone else noticed this ?

I am wanting BIG bubbles more than lather.

So..up the coconut oil, add some castor,...already trying sugar, should make my bubbles bigger.... correct ?

LOL, I probably should leave well enough alone, I wonder if there is a time when we ever feel that we don't need to tweek a recipe ?

You can also use Myristic Acid, Lauric Acid or Ricinoleic Acid.

The root fatty acids in coconut oil, palm kernel oil and castor oil.

Stearic acid will give you thick dense bubbles too.
But I think between the coconut oil, castor, and sugar you'll be fine. A good cure does wonders too, all my soap lathers great in a few weeks.
