I just recently read that- it is going to be required for website and blog owners to have a terms and conditions on their website- otherwise could face fines and lawsuits.
Is this true- has anyone heard anything about this?
If so- do I need to hire a lawyer to write these terms, or is this something I could try writing myself and be covered?
I am in the process of building our website using weebly.com
I started to view other websites that I liked to pull design ideas from and this is when I noticed that a lot of sites had terms and conditions.
Here is a link to the site that we are working on. http://purensimplesoaps.weebly.com/
We are very new to having an on-line store and are learning as we go.
I would love feedback and direction on any of the legal stuff we should know about in regards to having a website and blog.
Thanks
Rob.
