I've used emu oil in my soap, but I honestly don't find it worth the cost. It doesn't seem to add anything since it's washed off as you're washing yourself.
I've used emu oil by itself on my son's diaper rashes and have to say that I've never seen anything heal that quickly before.
So, I think it's better in creams and lotions.
