Hi, has anyone made 100% olive oil soap using Gallo brand olive oil (not extra virgin)? I've used their oil before but probably never more than 50% of the batch and I know most store bought olive oils are not pure so I was wondering if anyone has tried this one for the whole batch and how it turned out.

Soapqueen did a post a few months back testing different grocery store brand olive oils: http://www.soapqueen.com/bath-and-body-tutorials/tips-and-tricks/olive-oils-created-equally/ (don't remember if they touched specifically on purity, but it was a really interesting read either way)
I saw that! It was one of the reasons I asked. She doesn't say which brands she tried though. I've been buying grocery store olive oil because I'm not sure that with shipping it would be any cheaper to get it online. I get 3L for about 17.00 Canadian.
