Go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They have icing colorant, including white icing colorant than contains titanium dioxide.

Most likely it won't hurt. I'm not sure how well it will work, it may be somewhat diluted. Read the ingredients paying special attention to whether there are any sapables (oils) in it. Also be aware it may contain sugar so take that into consideration.

A quick google shows some ceramics places nearby. I'll bet you could get some there.

Wilton white icing colorant works for sure! It's mostly what I use since I don't use TD often. The ingredients are Titanium dioxide and glycerine. They also carry it at Wal Mart if you have one near you.
