Some fragrance oils are suitable for candles, but you will have to check the supplier's description. Wholesale Supplies Plus has fragrance oils that are suitable for candle, soap and lotion making, but be sure to check the product description before buying. Essential oils are much more concentrated and not as much is required for candles.
