I am looking for a supplier that sells neon colours in the US or Canada, (I am in ontario) that are cosmetic grade. I just looked into buying some from Nurture soap, however when looking at their Neon's (ECO) colourants it specifically states that they are not cosmetic grade? I would really like to make my soaps more vibrant however I am having a horrible time finding the supplies I need.
