I'm a soaping newbie and wanted to know if there was a fragrance oil out there that has a clean water type scent? I know that sounds strange but bear with me.
I made a glycerin based sugar scrub recently. It smelled nice in the bottle. When I used it in the shower, the scent changed to something awesome when mixed with the water. It was like the clean scent of the water transformed it into something else. Am I crazy? Does that happen?
