To make a crystal clear M&P base like that takes a lot of study and quite a learning curve. I've never done it because it's a bit intimidating to me. My suggestion is to buy it pre-made then you can add fragrance and color. Since you're in Vietnam, I really don't know who would be the best to ship to you. Sorry about that so hopefully someone from your part of the globe will be along to help with that.

You can buy bases that are like that. All you need to do is put in the microwave. But there is a lot more into just making melt and pour soap. There are several vendors. Here is a couple., they also offer good advice on how to make and use. Specially soap queen on youtube.
