Hello All
I'm new to SMF and was hoping to get some help with a sugar scrub. Here's my recipe 2cups of sugar, 2 cups of oils, 1/2 cup of liquid soap, f.o. I purchased LIQUAPAR to preserve but I'm not sure how much to use . Can anyone tell me in simple term that a newbie can understand how to use LIQUAPAR. I'm also looking for maybe a diffrent or better scrub recipe as well as aftershave rec.

I have never used that particular preservative. The website you bought it from should have % posted. 1% for this product, 2% for that product, etc. Sorry I am not more help.

Liquipar optima is suggested for usage at 0.5-1% of your total product weight.

You need to use weights for your formula, as it'll give you the most accurate measurement. Invest in a small scale, and weigh out your formula instead of using cups and teaspoons.
