Last night I attempted 2 firsts. I made my first soap without coconut oil (I think DH is allergic to it & that's why he hasn't been able to use my soaps) & I attempted to make a yin yang soap in a pvc pipe with a thin plastic cutting board as my divider. My batter traced quickly. I think it was because I used pomace with a high palm oil/palm kernel flake recipe. It was a small batch (only 8 oz oils). I had to plop the batter in near the end but I managed to get 1 perfect bar and 1 perfect sample bar. The 2nd bar is perfect on 1 side and not so perfect on the other but I'm still very happy with the results. It's scented with Armani Code type fo from Wellington Fragrances to match the body oil I bought DH.
