I was going to make a wax melt. I figured its just like making a candle since its wax. I have never done a scent wax melt and need to know how I can add color. I try to stay closer to less chemicals as possible. What are some things I need to look for when it comes to colorants for waxes? :?:

Wax melt colours are the same as for candles - you buy the coloured wax dyes and shave some off and add it to the wax to get the desired colour you need. You can't add just add any colour to wax, it has to be specific for the wax.
Here's a link from a previous discussion that might help you

For this purpose you simply have to add synthetic color and scent like jasmine, rose etc to the melted wax.All the thrice are to be mixed in a well manner. Thereafter when candles are made, it will have color and scent.
