Hello soapers,
Lately I have problem with my charcoal soap.
I never work with charcoal but my customers love it.
So I made 2 batches of Activated Charcoal.
They turn out very fine but after 2 months (still curing and some are wrapped) they get oily in the surface. It's not DOS, like a sf oil gets out and doesn't stuck inside the soap.
Here's my recipe.

30% olive
30% palm
35% coconut
5% castor
sf 5%

Anybody have solution for my trouble?

Thank you in advance!

What kind of scent are you using? Do they smell ok? Was your liquid just water? How much charcoal did you add?
Your recipe looks like it should give no trouble. Do your other soaps do this? I know its quite hot and humid where you are, the only other thing I can think of is that its sweating due to the humidity.
