I have one of those exact carts, Susie, and it works great for very light weight items like colorants, spatulas, funnels, etc. I don't store any FO/EO's or other heavy items because the bins have a tendency to bow in. But it's great for all those light items to tuck away!

For heavy FO/EO bottles I have sturdy shelves my hubby put up for me and also these VERY sturdy rolling carts:

I got mine at Ikea but I've also seen them at World Market (I think) but for about $20 more than Ikea. For soap curing I use these from Sam's Club:

I love these shelves because they hold a lot of weight and have castor wheels so I can roll them around if I need to. I have one for soap curing and one for heavier storage like extra oils, large cases of bottles, candle wax, etc.
