Is there any Technical or Commercial justification for using both Tallow and Stearin jointly for Soap production?
Glad to know what these justifications may be?
If yes,what proportion of each is optimal in the recipe?

I get the impression you are looking at someone else's product? I cannot think of any technical reason. Might be an economic decision. Hard to say based on the minimal info you've provided.
 
Too many variables to give a precise answer. Can we get some more information on product formulation?
