Cake slice/cupcake soap!

Hi everyone!

I have resisted the cake slice/cupcake soap trend thus far.Mainly because I don't really see the point of it. For those making and selling them, what's the point? Is it worth it in the long run?

My experience is that everyone loves them and I get lots of compliments on them but they hardly ever buy them. They sold well on Valentine's day and I have some interest in my Easter and Mothers Day cupcakes but I started making smaller batches so they are very limited now. It really sucks because I love making them. I'm just going to stick to making them around the Holidays from now on.

same here, they are fun to make but not a good seller unfortunately. nowadays, i just make them for special orders only.
