I made a batch of papaya soap using hot process method.
I use 770 gr of oils and 500 gr of fresh papaya puree.

After I zap test my batter and I know it didnt zap, I add my superfat olive oil and then I add papaya puree.
Suddenly after I add papaya puree, my batter thicken up quickly and I cant pour it to my mold.
What is wrong with my batter? Do you know how to prevent it?

My puree was cold when I add it to my soap.

The papaya was cold and you added a lot of the puree to the soap. That is your problem -- hot soap will become thick when it cools down.

Most people would add only enough puree to equal 10% to 20% of the weight of oils. This will avoid spoilage and texture problems.

I don't know. I don't add things like puree to my soap, so I have no experience to advise you.
