Rabbit Cake

My friend had a birthday last week, so took this to her work with a prezzy and left it on her desk for when she came in. Yep, she loves bunnies just like me. The cake is made with all individual pieces and is put together like a jigsaw.

Chocolate butter cake with chocolate butter cream icing. Not fattening :lol:

I agree about the chocolate and have been doing lots of cooking lately, made some homemade monte carlo biscuits - 2 batches, and did a test run on that rabbit cake - you guessed it we had to eat it :shock: .

Thanks Kaz, think she liked it, there wasn't much left when I went in to see her, just the head and ears, so they said they made it into a fish. If you look at just the head bit, it looks like that :lol:
