What is the standard amount of vegetable glycerin that could be added to toner? I made a batch using 1% of my total and it seems a little bit sticky. Is this too much? Now what about using polysorbate 20...is 1% okay? My mixture is holding together and hasn't separated yet from my essential oils that i added. I also used a green tea extract at 1%...could more be used or should I stay at 1%?
