adding conditioner to sulfate free shampoo base

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know what is the best conditioner to add to sulfate free shampoo? I have a sulfate free shampoo but it leaves my hair stiff and dry.
 
Thank you so much :) . I can't wait to get started on my conditioning shampoo.
