Greeting soapers. Haven't seen this question before so does soaping at high altitude (6000 ft +) affect trace. Three times now my soap has come to heavy trace within a few seconds of mixing in the lye mixture. Soaping at 103-110 degrees each time. At first I thought I was adding FO too early but I just added the same at light trace and mixed with a whisk vs a SB. I've made the same exact soap at lower elevation and it gave me plenty of time even with adding dissolved sugar to the oils before adding the lye mixture. Is there anything one can do to compensate? As always your wisdom is most appreciated.

Apparently, from what I can see, there shouldn't really be an effect. I've found that you should absolutely not do a water discount, though, so maybe that's it?
