How to package/ship candles?

Hi every one! :mrgreen:

How do you package and ship candles so it doesn't break?

What types of materials do I need? Do you use mailing boxes/tough bags/mailing envelope..etc? packing peanuts? bubble wrap? What's the most economical and efficient way that you ship glass jar candles?

Hi there

Depending on what the order is it can vary from reusing bubble wrap, packing peanuts to our latest addition, hay. When we sell a number of glass candles we use hay as its a really good cushion and is biodegradable which is important to us.

To be honest we have looked at a number of options and most things weren't as "green" as we would like hence reusing our packing supplies.

Mom orders candles from Fragrant Jewels and they come in a box. inside the box, the candle is wrapped in something like perforated cardboard.
