Thanks for adding me to the SMF
I have been tinkering with cold process soaps for 3 years and have ventured into liquid soaps and lotions this year
I made my 1st cream soap last night that I have set to "rot"

I have sold at my local farmers market and hope to build a website this year and start online sales
 
Hello fellow Carolinian (because we all know that "Carolina" in this state refers to a school in Columbia and has nothing to do with North Carolina). I wish you success with liquid soaps, as that's something I have not even come close to having the courage to attempt, but I do make plenty of creams, balms, and lotions, but those are all medicinal as a means of applying curative botanicals (my daughter has eczema so that was the first formula, and since then we've added many balms necessary for the medicine cabinet--mostly comfrey, plantain, and violet leaf creams plus an arthritis balm that my MIL keeps wanting more of).
